After you’ve moved into your new home and settle in, you may find there are minor things that need attention. No problem, we’ll be there. For up to a year from your Closing Day, you can submit Performance Requests for warrantable items right here on our website. Your assigned Quality Assurance Representative will be available to assist with any home maintenance questions and assess any submitted Performance Requests.

Each month the Casa Fresca Homes Purchasing Department holds a recruitment meeting to allow you to connect with us for the first time. This is your opportunity to introduce your company and product, meet our Purchasing Department, and begin paperwork to potentially become a partner of Casa Fresca Homes.

We value your time and appreciate your willingness to meet with us when we are available. These meetings will be held on the last Thursday of every month at 3:00PM.
